The DoSeum invites you to be a culinary partner at our Semi- Annual ReDo Night. ReDo nights are what we call our themed events created for adults 21 and over! At each ReDo we invite guests to tap into their inner child and “redo” some of their favorite childhood experiences. Each ReDo varies in theme, but all offer complimentary specialty drinks, delicious eats, fun photo opportunities, and music in addition to unique activities and full access to our world-class children’s exhibits to keep all our guests engaged all night long. 

This application is for participation in our ReDo: Fall Fest on October 26th from 7pm – 9:30pm at The Doseum. 

As a culinary partner, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your restaurant to an anticipated crowd of 700 - 800 attendees, with these great benefits:

  • Included in ReDo: Adult Night program
  • Listed in The DoSeum Newsletter, with a circulation of over 24K people
  • Logo on The DoSeum webpage 
  • Promoted on The DoSeum’s Facebook page, with more than 54K on social media followers. We’ll even tag your Facebook page and IG page in our posts. 

If you are interested in participating, please read the vendor agrement below and then submit your application for review.  

VENDOR AGREEMENT

Each Restaurant Partner is Expected to:

  • Sign and return DoSeum waiver 
  • Secure and bring proof of Health Department Food Permit
  • Provide tasting size portions (of a dish of your choice) for 800 - 900 guests
  • Secure staff to serve from 7pm to 9:30pm 
  • Provide flatware, napkins, and plates (as needed)
  • Secure delivery/drop off of product and equipment
  • Provide full set-up (tables, table linens power cords, chairs, non-slip mats, trash cans) - please note a max of two 6ft. table are allowed.
  • Available to set up day of event between 4:30pm - 6:00pm 
  • Must be fully set up and ready to greet guests by no later than 6:30pm (note: décor for your table/station is allowed, but no alterations to The DoSeum property, i.e. taping things to the wall) 
  • Supervise your space appropriately to ensure cleanliness and optimal guest experience
  • Responsible for area tear down. One hour provided for tear down starting at 9:30pm (unless any special arrangements are made in advance) 
  • Check In with appointed DoSeum contact when arriving for set up and check out after tear down


NOTE: As the event is taking place in The DoSeum, cooking with an open and induction burner(s) is prohibited. Some stations will be allowed the use of sternos. This will be on a case-by-case basis. 

The DoSeum will provide:

  • Electricity/ Wi-Fi upon request
  • Two event wrist bands at check-in, day of event

All submissions must be received by September 28, 2018. If selected, someone from The DoSeum will email you back with copy of application and waiver for your signature.
