Mask Policy

Masking Policy

Our health and safety policies are guided by the latest scientific data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the City of San Antonio (among others) to ensure we continue to provide our Guests with a safe and healthy environment conducive to joyful learning.

Our new masking policy was developed to couple The CDC’s Community Levels - low, medium, and high - alongside our safest recommendations.  Please see the chart below for more details.

At LOW COMMUNITY LEVELS, we RECOMMEND FACE MASKS in all of our indoor spaces for all Guests (2 yrs & up) but do not require you to wear them.

Please be kind to everybody and respect their choice.

At MEDIUM COMMUNITY LEVELS, we REQUIRE FACE MASKS in all of our indoor areas for all Guests (10 yrs & up) and highly encourage for younger Guests (2 yrs & up).

At HIGH COMMUNITY LEVELS, we REQUIRE FACE MASKS in all of our indoor areas for all Guests (10 yrs & up) and highly encourage for younger Guests (2 yrs & up).

DoSeum Staff and Volunteers will continue to mask in our indoor public spaces.

Our masking policy will correspond to the latest Bexar County community levels. You may determine our county’s rating by using the CDC’s widget below.

Guests who fail to follow our guidelines, or are unwilling to do so,  will be asked to leave or encouraged to reschedule their visit for a later date when these measures are no longer in place.
