Kathy Jordan
Early Childhood Educator & Director, Little Doers
Ms. Kathy is The DoSeum’s Early Childhood Educator and has been with The Little Doer program since its inception in 2015. She is an invaluable member of The DoSeum's early childhood team. Ms. Kathy carries a degree in Human Behavior and Development, certifications in Special Education PreK-12 and ESL, and served as an elementary school teacher for 21 years.
Kelsie Vaughn
Program Specialist, Early Childhood Education
Kelsie Vaughn joined The DoSeum in October of 2019. She has spent nearly five years in formal and informal education settings such as SeaWorld and The Learning Experience, serving in leadership roles. She is a self-proclaimed state park enthusiast and has a passion for the sciences. She began her studies in Education at Stephen F. Austin and is continuing her EC-6 certification at San Antonio College.
Megan McCoig
Experience Engineer, Early Childhood Education
Miss Megan is a teacher in the Little Doers Preschool program, DoSeum's Early Childhood Education programs, and she facilitates Field Experiences for grade school students. She earned her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Child Development from Brigham Young University- Idaho and helped to create and pilot the Forest Preschool program in Spring 2017. Miss Megan has been a valuable part of the DoSeum's Education team since January 2018.
Andrea "Dre" Gutierrez
Experience Engineer, Early Childhood Education
Andrea “Dre” Gutierrez began her journey with the DoSeum in September 2019 as an Experience Engineer. She has a positive and enthusiastic attitude for life and learning. Dre has over ten years of experience working in a preschool setting. She attended Fisher and Wheelock Colleges in Boston, Massachusetts where she attained her AA in ECE and her Teaching Certificate. After college, Dre ventured off to gain experience and learn about new cultures in Hawaii. When she is not at the DoSeum you can find her creating new and fun crafts or adventuring through nature.
Sarah Davis
Experience Engineer, Early Childhood Education
Sarah Davis joined The DoSeum in November of 2019, coming to us with six years of Child Life Specialist experience. She studied at Texas State University and obtained her Master of Science degree in Family and Child Studies. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Theater. Sarah can be found teaching dance to children when she’s not at The DoSeum.
