Author Series: Carmen Tafolla

Author Series: Carmen Tafolla

Ever wonder how stories are created? During The DoSeum’s Guest Author Series, kids can immerse themselves in the world of storytelling and learn from children’s book authors! They’ll have the opportunity to meet professional writers and illustrators, hear the author’s stories read aloud, and get their own books signed. Participants will experience reading through imaginative activities for kids 6 years and up, inspired by our featured books. Don't worry - we have a separate activity planned for any participants 5 and under following the reading. After meeting with these Texan authors, they might even be inspired to create stories of their own!
